All spaces in Fortune House business center leased

The Swiss Realty Group company announces the completion of the Fortune House office project, with all its spaces fully leased.

Fortune House is a new Class A business center located on Mozhaisky Val in the vicinity of Kutuzovsky Prospect, and recently launched on the market.

The total floor area of the 8-storey business center is 9,500 sq m, with efficient open planning of spaces. The business center also features a 3-level car park with 48 parking stalls. The high-tech ventilated faзade of the building is made of natural stone, with double pane aluminum units and stained glass for windows.

The developer and owner of the project is the "Leasing, construction and repairs" company, which also is the building's manager. The business center has been constructed by FriulSerbia, which implemented the design developed by the Archicon design and construction company. Swiss Realty Group was responsible for the business center's concept, branding, marketing, brokerage and its promotion on the market.

"Fortune House has become one of the core projects of the new business quarter taking shape in the vicinity of Kievskaya metro station. Although the project has been launched quite recently, its tenants have had the chance to appreciate the effective combination of functionality, economy and style: all the spaces in Fortune House have been leased. The current anchor tenants of Fortune House include banks, investment and consulting companies. Metrobank, one of the most technologically advanced banks in Moscow, has rented 1,500 sq m; Invest AG occupies 1,900 sq m, and the office of Continentalinvest takes up about 1,000 sq m of floor area. The spaces rented by DeGolyer and MacNaughton, the international auditing company, and the Integro commercial bank are slightly smaller in size", says Ilya Shershnev, Business Development Director for Swiss Realty Group.
